Yes — we stitch exactly what you enter, letter for letter, in the same casing style as the team script. Please double-check spelling before adding to cart; we can't reprint a personalized piece.

How accurate is the AI preview?

The preview shows placement, fabric and colors on the real sweatshirt. The finished piece is hand-cut and sewn, so spacing can differ by a few millimeters — and if the AI ever misspells, don't worry: we sew from your typed text, not the image.

How long until it ships?

Made to order in our US workshop: 5–7 business days to cut and stitch, then 7–10 business days in transit. You'll get tracking the moment it leaves.

What size should I get?

Unisex, relaxed fit — true to size for a classic look, size down for fitted. Check the size chart next to the size picker; when in doubt, most fans go with their usual hoodie size.

How do I wash it?

Turn inside out, cold machine wash, hang or tumble low. The appliqué is stitched (not glued), so it stays flat wash after wash. Skip bleach and high heat.
