How long until my sweater arrives?
Every piece is stitched to order. Allow 5–7 business days for us to make it, then 8–12 days in transit — 13–20 days from order to door. You get a tracking link by email the moment it ships.
Where is my order right now?
Open your shipping email and tap the tracking link, or paste the number on the Track order page. No shipping email yet? It's still on the hoop — stitching takes 5–7 business days.
Can I change my name, number or size after ordering?
Yes, if we haven't started stitching. Email contact@checkncheer.com within 24 hours of ordering with your order number and the change.
Is the name and number really stitched?
Yes. Team wordmarks and mascots are layered fabric appliqué; names and numbers are stitched on the back. Nothing is printed, so nothing cracks or peels.
What's the gingham collar and cuffs?
A woven gingham check at the mockneck collar and the cuffs — the signature of every CheckNCheer piece. The gingham is woven, not printed, so it reads true in person.
How does the fit run?
A relaxed, unisex mockneck sweatshirt. Check the size chart on each product page; if you're between sizes, most customers go up for a roomier game-day fit.
Fit guarantee: wrong size? We'll remake it in your new size once, free, even with a name & number. Just ask within 30 days of delivery.
How do I wash it?
Turn it inside out, machine wash cold on gentle, tumble dry low or lay flat. No bleach, and don't iron directly over the appliqué.
Can I preview my name and number before it's made?
Yes. Pick your team, type your name and number on the product page and the preview shows exactly how the back reads before you add it to the cart.
What's the player card on the product page?
A little game-day ritual: every visitor pulls one card per team — a current player with their real photo, or a rarer club legend. The card is yours to download; it doesn't change your order.
My team isn't listed. Can you make it?
Yes — use the custom team mockneck. Tell us the team, colors, name and number and we stitch it the same way.
Do you ship outside the US?
Not yet. We currently ship within the United States only.
What's the return policy?
Personalized pieces are made just for you, so we can't take them back for a refund. But two things are always covered: Fit guarantee: if the size is off, we'll remake it once in your new size for free (ask within 30 days of delivery and send the original back). Our mistakes: if anything arrives damaged, misspelled on our side or not as ordered, email contact@checkncheer.com within 30 days and we'll remake or refund it. See the full refund policy.
